Cooking Courses

Michel Cudraz offers cooking classes at his restaurant (in French only)

They take place last Wednesday of every month , in the cooking of the chef kitchen.

From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm  after a demonstration by the chef, you will prepare yourself an appetizer and main course or main course and dessert.

From 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm you will enjoy the dishes you prepared together along with a wine selected by Mrs CUDRAZ 
 
Prices for classes:

1 classe: 70 €
2 classe: 130 €
5 classe: 315 €
10 classe: 630 € 
 
Classes are to be paid at the time of reservation.

As we approach  the end  of year, chef Cudraz  proposes you  a course to prepare foie gras. 
The price for this class is according to market price.
